Here, we added a second floor addition over the garage for an office, new main bathroom and master en suite. On the first floor we made a complete new and larger kitchen, adding new windows to capture the view of the ocean. The basement was stripped out and remodeled into a family area complete with new bathroom. All plaster surfaces throughout the house were either repaired or overlaid with drywall with the entire house receiving new paint. The result is a house with the elegance and stately feel it was originally built with, plus the absolute pleasure that comes with high end millwork, finishes and fixtures.
