Renovating for Space

Additions

Stay in Your Neighbourhood

By renovating to add space, you are able to stay in your community. Typically, more space comes from: underpinning and deepening the basement; raising the house and adding a ground floor; taking the roof off and adding a floor, or expanding outward with an addition. Of these, expanding outward is most likely to allow you to live in your home during construction. If you decide to move out and do not have relatives to stay with, short term rental accommodation may be an answer. Because there are many considerations to be identified and planned for, we work closely with you from planning, through design and construction.

Contact us today to discuss what you might expect if you add space.
